This form starts a conversation—it is not a commitment to purchase. I will review your request and follow up to confirm feasibility, details, pricing, and timing.

How the custom-order process works

Submit your ideas. Share the pieces, quantities, sizes, style, budget, and timing you are considering.
Review and conversation. I will follow up with questions and let you know whether the project is a good fit for my current schedule and process.
Design confirmation. Before any work begins, you will receive a written project summary confirming the forms, approximate dimensions or capacities, clay and glaze direction, quantity, estimated timeline, delivery method, and total price.
Invoice and deposit. Once you approve the final design and quote, I will send an invoice. A non-refundable 50% deposit reserves the project and is required before production begins.
Production and final payment. The remaining balance, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping, is due before pickup or shipment.

Please keep in mind: Handmade pottery will have natural variation in glaze, color, form, and measurements. These differences are part of the character of a handmade set.

Requested changes after written approval may affect the price and timeline, and may not be possible once production has started. Your estimated completion window will be confirmed before you pay the deposit.

I understand that this submission is a non-binding inquiry. Production begins only after the design, quantity, price, and timeline are confirmed in writing and the 50% deposit invoice is paid.
